It's almost that time ...

The holidays are almost here. We've been getting ready since July! This year, we have a bunch of new Christmas prints, lots of one of a kind items, some limited edition home-office/New Year organizational goodies and ... something totally different!

This is all that I've gotten photographed so far. (The photo end is my least favorite part of this job!)  Still have tons of new things to photograph. 

As for the something different, that will launch with my 2,000th sale, which is fast approaching. Whoever that customer is will receive a complimentary one!!!

Spring Fabric Sneak Peek

I went a little nuts buying new prints for spring time. (whistling, eyes looking off to the side) Have some cool new ideas for WB spring & summer lines that require a larger scale print, as well as a bit of a deviation from my normal pattern selection.

Some of these I just loved (the owls & forest scene, on the left), some are restocks of prints that have almost sold out, some are different colorways of prints that I already have. And of course, some are so stinking cute, I could not resist! (Halloween owls, I'ma talking to you)

It is dreary, rainy, and hailing here. Uggh, do not want to leave to go to the store, but alas ....

First post of 2013!

2 weeks into the New Year already! Yikes! This month is just flying by .... between work, league, practice, and working on all these new goodies for the shop, I've had very little time for anything. And, as been oft proven, I'm not the most consistent blogger ...

I'm really taken with limited edition sets right now. I've got a pile of new ones that are going into the shop after I finish photographing them (my absolute least favorite part of this job). Once I finish this post, I'll start listing them. Here's a little preview:

I really like the cute fancy stitching along the inside edges of the tissue case. It's so girly! Quite possibly my favorite detail about these. I also really love the trimming along the edge of the zipper. 

I'm also working on getting the V-Day section super well stocked. Currently, there are close to 40 items listed. We'll see how full it gets by the end of the month. (I'ma remain mum about the actual number I'm shooting for.) This is the first year in a long time that I'm actually sorta stoked about V-Day. 

So, that's it for now. My projection for the next batch of new items is after V-Day. Yay!!!

Sneak peek

This is maybe 20% of the new stuff that will be in the shop over the next few weeks! It's such a lovely day today & I'm buried behind the sewing machine!!!

WB Travel update ...

We'll just call this a little taste. Look for the real debut toward the end of this week ...

A Quick One, While He's Away ...

I've done this idea before, 3 years ago, as a matter of fact. I'll be doing it again, with the addition of ... a little something extra.

I'm sure it'll show up in ol' copycat's shop within a week...
